Your website takes orders, but does that order still get entered into accounting, stock and invoicing by hand? That's both wasted time and a source of error. Website ERP/accounting integration connects your site to your back-office software and automates that flow. In Turkey it's most often done with systems like Logo, Netsis and Mikro, and the e-invoice infrastructure.
What does integration mean?
Integration is moving data automatically between your website or e-commerce and your accounting/ERP software. When an order comes in, stock is reduced, the account is posted and an invoice is issued — without human intervention. For the general logic, see our What Is ERP/CRM Integration? article.
Which data flows, and in which direction?
- From site to ERP: Orders, customer/account info, payment records.
- From ERP to site: Up-to-date stock, price, product and category info — when the warehouse changes, the site changes.
- Automatic: Invoice (e-invoice / e-archive) issuance, shipping info, order status.
Common systems in Turkey
- Logo (Tiger, GO): Widespread ERP/accounting; site-Logo integration is in high demand.
- Netsis: An ERP often used at medium and large scale.
- Mikro: Accounting software common among SMEs.
- SAP / others: Custom integrations at enterprise scale.
- e-Invoice / e-Archive: Legal invoice automation — an invoice is created automatically once an order is placed.
How is it done?
Integration is usually set up through the two systems' APIs (data gateways) or via a middleware layer. What matters is that the data flow works correctly, securely and bidirectionally, and that loss is prevented in case of errors. This is work that requires experience — a poorly built integration is worse than wrong stock and wrong invoices.
Who is it critical for?
- E-commerce sites with order volume
- Manufacturers/distributors working with a dealer portal
- Businesses whose stock and prices change often
