What is a SERP?
SERP (Search Engine Results Page) is where your site appears in search. Its look there — title, address, description — is your storefront in the results; it determines your click-through rate as much as your ranking does.
Why does Google cut my title?
Google truncates titles at roughly 600 pixels (~60 characters); the overflow becomes "...". If your key message lives past the cut, the click is lost. This tool shows the exact cut point.
What do Open Graph tags do?
og:title, og:description and og:image make your link appear as a rich card on WhatsApp, Facebook and LinkedIn. Without them your share stays a bare link — and bare links rarely get clicked.
When should I check the preview?

Is this preview pixel-perfect?+
Google and social platforms update their designs from time to time and sometimes rewrite titles themselves; the preview is drawn to current layouts and official character/pixel limits. It shows missing tags and truncation very close to reality.
Google isn’t using the title I wrote — why?+
If the title is too long, off-topic, or identical across pages, Google may generate its own. Page-specific, keyword-bearing titles of 30–60 characters are usually used as written.
What size should og:image be?+
The recommendation is 1200×630 pixels (1.91:1). Small images fall back to a small square preview on some platforms; images over 8 MB may be rejected.
I fixed the tags but WhatsApp still shows the old card.+
Platforms cache card data. For Facebook/LinkedIn you can force a refresh in their sharing debuggers (Sharing Debugger / Post Inspector); WhatsApp’s cache refreshes on its own over time.
