We'll schedule a meeting to discuss your project in more detail and gather all the information we need to understand your business objectives and create a customized proposal .
We gather all necessary information to create a customized proposal outlining scope, timeline, and pricing for your website project, including any custom features or functionality
After we've presented you with a proposal and pricing for your project, we'll ask you to sign a contract outlining the scope of work, timeline, and terms of the project. You'll have the option to sign the contract in person if you prefer a more traditional approach, or you can sign the contract electronically via e-contract.
Before we begin building the website, we'll ask you to pay a 50% deposit on the initial cost. This deposit is required to secure your spot on our project schedule and ensure that we have the resources to begin work on your project. The deposit is applied towards the total cost of the project
We'll conduct research to gain a better understanding of your competitors online, and create a wireframe or structure for the website.
You'll provide us with the content for the website, including at least three colors, images/graphics, custom icons, the logo, social media links, written text, hosting account details, and domain name (if any).
Before we begin building the actual website, we'll provide you with a design review to give you the opportunity to suggest any changes or updates. This is your chance to ensure that the website aligns with your vision and meets your specific needs.
Once you've reviewed the design and provided feedback, we'll begin building the actual website according to the agreed-upon design and specifications. Once the website has been built and all revisions are complete, it's time to pay the remaining 50% balance. This final payment ensures that the project is complete and the website is ready to be launched.
Once the final payment has been made, it's time to deploy the website to your preferred server on the hosting account. This process involves transferring the completed website files from our development server to the server that will host the live website.
You'll have a 7-day revision period to request any final changes or updates to the website and Once all revisions are complete, we'll launch the website and it will be live and available to the public.
